Patient Access in the United States

U.S. Advancing Access®

Gilead’s U.S. Advancing Access® program provides assistance to patients in the United States who do not have insurance or who need financial assistance.

As part of this program, Gilead provides assistance for people who cannot afford to pay for Viread® (tenofovir disoproxil fumarate) for the treatment of HIV and chronic hepatitis B; Truvada® (emtricitabine and tenofovir disoproxil fumarate) and Emtriva® (emtricitabine) for the treatment of HIV; Hepsera® (adefovir dipivoxil) for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B; and Vistide® (cidofovir injection), a treatment for cytomegalovirus retinitis in patients with AIDS.

Atripla® Patient Assistance Program

The Atripla® Patient Assistance Program assists eligible HIV patients in the United States who do not have insurance, are underinsured or who otherwise need financial assistance gain coverage for or access to Atripla® (efavirenz 600mg/emtricitabine 200 mg/tenofovir disoproxil fumarate 300 mg).

Gilead™Solutions

Gilead™Solutions is a comprehensive set of programs designed to help patients navigate the reimbursement process and assist those without adequate financial resources identify alternate means of support for access to Letairis® (ambrisentan). Program services are only available following enrollment in the Letairis Education and Access Program (LEAP).
